The Entire Louisville Science Center
Rent the entire Science Center for exclusive use of the entire facility for up to 3,000 guests. Package includes three IMAX® film presentations, all exhibit areas and the Riverview Room for up to 8 hours.
- Sunday through Thursday, after regular business hours, for up to 6 hours: $4,000

Located on the top level of the Louisville Science Center, this 4,440 square foot private space creates a great environment for any event and includes a magnificent view of the Ohio River. Rental of the Riverview Room includes: use of space for up to 10 hours (includes setup, event and cleanup/tear down), tables and chairs, and free admission to the exhibits during the hours of the event, subject to regular business hours (Sun.-Thurs. 9:30 a.m.; Fri.-Sat. 9:30 a.m.-9 p.m.)
- Friday and Saturday: $1,100
- Sunday through Thursday before 5 p.m.: $600
- Sunday through Thursday (after 5 p.m.): $750
- Lobby, exhibits and Riverview Room (after regular operating hours): $2,000
- Dance floor available for $200 with rental of Riverview Room.
Classrooms (Capacity: 60 seated, subject to room layout)
Our four 1,500 square foot multi-purpose classrooms are the perfect setting for small meetings or seminars. Located in the lower level of the Science Center, the classrooms are completely private.
- Weekday (Mon.-Thurs.): $125
- Weekend (Fri.-Sun.): $150
IMAX Theatre (Capacity: 225)
- Three-hour rental, no IMAX film: $900
- Rental of theater for private showing of 45-minute IMAX film: $900
